Message From Dr. Frankie Timmers

I’m so grateful you are taking the time to visit the Center for Spiritual Living Morristown website. But, before you start exploring, think about a spiritual place you’d like to visit that welcomes people of all races, religions, sexual orientations and social backgrounds with dignity and love. A place that provides a multitude of opportunities for anyone, in any stage of life, to grow spiritually.

What would it be like to belong to a spiritual community that is practical and provides tangible steps and programs for individuals and families to apply spiritual principles that can affect immediate improvements in their lives?

What if you could find a spiritual center that is alive and exciting on Sundays – one that leaves you feeling wonderful and optimistic about you and your life?

Well, look no further. You have found your spiritual home and it’s waiting for you.

I hope you will allow us to support you, wherever you are on your path, with all that is available through our dynamic and growing spiritual community.

Remember: It’s different here. We are not here to judge. We are here to guide you in uncovering and discovering the magnificence already IN you! We are here to provide spiritual tools to transform your life and to make the world a better place.

You Are Welcome Here!

Today I do it. I do it completely and wholeheartedly.
I JUST do it!
I step solidly grounded in Truth and I stand in It.
I want nothing more…nothing else…just to be solidly grounded in Truth.
Once I am, everything else is taken care of.
Whatever Truth means to me, it’s about the BEST of me.
The best place in me.
It’s about the highest thought I can have.
It’s about the best feeling I can imagine.
It’s about my biggest dream and desire.
I now don’t just stand in it, but AS it, because it is the Truth already in me.
Once I commit, everything that is or appears to be “false" just falls away.
It simply does not have a solid foundation.
The solid foundation always is, has been and will be the Absolute Truth.
It’s completely effortless and because I believe this at an elemental level (whether I am conscious of it or not; it IS the Truth of my very being).
I surrender my notion or belief in the idea that I don’t know Truth…that’s just my limited self… and I go to the place already IN me that DOES KNOW.
I just dive deeper and I listen.
I listen long enough to hear.
I am so blessed to stand in the Truth of my very Being.
It frees me.
It delights me to no end.
AND SO IT IS!

Tomorrow at 10:30 am: Love Thy Father?

If you could listen more deeply to your father, what would you want to hear from him?
Is the want about you or about him?
We might have some unmet needs when it comes to dad, but what if we did not make it about ourselves and made it about him.
What if -as a spiritually aware person-we really listened and really loved him unconditionally and what if we had more compassion for his journey?
(And by the way these questions are regardless if your father is around you or not, alive or not…)

It’s a miraculous something this Universe I live in.
It’s an even more miraculous something that It lives IN ME and I KNOW IT. WOW!!
So today I make gratitude a greater and deeper practice. I have so much to be grateful for.
I name my gratitudes all day long. I place each one in my heart and my heart swells with grace.
I am so so grateful that I simply have no time, space or energy to complain..... not even a smidgen..... not even a split second..... not even a word or a thought comes to me.....
When by any chance I feel a complaint sneaking up on/in me, one of my many gratitudes simply gobbles it up 😊 before it even settles.
Gratitude grows my mind, heart and body into greatness.
Gratitude adjust my attitude.
Gratitude frees me from old, niggling, limiting beliefs and fills me with joy.
I’m so very blessed and it shows.
AND SO IT IS & SHALL FOREVER BE!!
