During the process of a Spiritual Mind Treatment (also known as Affirmative Prayer, Scientific Prayer, or simply ‘Treatment’) we come to the realization that within the Universe there is one Infinite, Universal Presence that permeates everything. And therefore, this Presence, being everywhere, also must be within us. With this attitude of mind, we reach an acceptance of new possibilities in Life, we are able to see, feel, and speak of the good we desire as already ours. We then let the Universe work its magic.
A ‘treatment’ is not about convincing God to do something for us… It is about becoming aware of the God presence within.
Taking class expands my sense of community with others in the center and allows me to grow in ways too numerous to name. CSLM has run a spiritual bookstore for years and while no longer physically open, books are now being sold in person after Sunday Celebrations in the lobby. Individuals visiting our center for the first time may select a book for free! We’re also currently offering a sale on Hardcover books ($10), Softcover books ($5), and some candles, jewelry, cds, dvs, and incense as well.
