The Ground Beneath Our Feet

When the ground beneath our feet feels shaky, we are called to be more grounded.

It seems that many people feel as if they are living on shaky ground.

What if being human means that our human experience is easily shaken?

What if now, in these interesting times, it is so because we are being called to be MORE GROUNDED.

I am finding that more and more people seek groundedness, seek meaning, seek a deeper sense of belonging and a more tangible spirituality.

I am so grateful that our Science of Mind Teaching AND our spiritual community, Center for Spiritual Living Morristown, offers this.

We have many opportunities to connect and feel supported by means of our Sunday Celebrations, our classes, our workshops, our Practitioner support, etc.

Standing on the solid ground of your spiritual consciousness does not just show up….it requires practice and commitment.

Many people find sustenance on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc. but how real and solid is that sustenance if it is not fully digested?  It lands on shaky ground and does not ground us until we actually practice it….the practicing turns into embodiment, which means it changes our being and becoming.

Many people are too distracted to do this, so they flitter from image to image, video to video, podcast to podcast, or book to book….

A daily practice of grounding means that you take time every day for deepening spiritual practice which may include, prayer, study, meditation, spending time alone in silence….in nature is specifically nurturing…..

We no longer have the luxury to say :”I am too busy!”

Which is a actually a perfect way to feel MORE shaky…..
